2. Return Policy
- Customers have 14 days to return products, starting from the day of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and hangtags still attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer service in advance via info@mauro-milan.com.
- Upon receiving the returned products, Mauro Milan aims to refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped via DHL and PostNL, depending on the destination.
- The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands; delivery times for other countries may be longer.
- Mauro Milan ships all products directly from its own stock.
- Shipping costs may vary and are clearly indicated during checkout.
4. Ownership of Photos and Intellectual Property
- All photos, images, and content on the Mauro Milan website are the property of Mauro Milan and may not be used, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
- Use of this content without written permission from Mauro Milan is prohibited.
5. Payment Methods
- The webshop accepts iDEAL, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, and Klarna.
- Payments are processed through secure payment systems.
- All prices on the website include 21% VAT.
6. Liability
- Mauro Milan is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from delivery delays, incorrect orders, or other matters beyond our control.
- Customers are advised to inspect the products immediately upon receipt and report any defects within 7 days.
